Braveheart

Hey friends I recently wrote a poem while watching the movie Braveheart. I would love to hear your comments.

 

You are beautiful in essence

Likewise as radiant as the morning sun

As it blesses the earth with its warmth.

As you walk it befalls a path of rose petals

Leaving a perfume equal to ecstasy.

When I gaze upon your presence

I imagine the most beautiful places I have been

But such beauty is not comparable to the beauty I see in you.

There is no miracle witnessed by man alone

Than I have seen in you,

When our paths crossed.

You are the breath to my lungs,

The sight to my darkness,

The hearing to my deftness,

The taste to my tastelessness,

The passion to my love

And mother to my children.

You are my wife,

The love of my life.

I lay my life before your feet

As a Knight does for his Queen.

My duty is to uphold honor and justice

For the freedom to love and be loved in the same respect.

I am your King and you my Queen

Together we will rule our domain till death do us part.

Eres hermosa, en esencia,

Asimismo, tan radiante como el sol de la mañanaya

Que bendice la tierra con su calor

Al caminar que acontece a un camino de pétalos de rosa

Dejando un perfume igual a extacy

Cuando miro en tu presencia

Me imagino que los lugares más hermosos que he visitado

Pero tanta belleza no es comparable a la belleza que veo en ti

No hay milagro presenciado por el hombre soloque he visto en ti

Cuando nuestros caminos se cruzaron

Tu eres es el aliento de mis pulmones,

La vista a mi oscuridad

La vista a mi destreza,

El gusto de mi mal gusto

La pasión de mi amor

Y madre de mis hijos

Tú eres mi esposa,

El amor de mi vida.

Yo pongo mi vida a tus pies

Como Caballero hace por su reina.

Mi deber es defender el honor

Y la justicia

Por la libertad de amar

Y ser amado en el mismo sentido

Yo soy tu rey

Y tu mi reina

Juntos vamos a gobernar nuestro dominio

Hasta que

La muerte nos separe.
